- Brand-new axle, hubs, electric brakes, wheels and tires. All new plumbing and electrical. All new appliances, including 13,000-BTU AC/dehumidifier with dual-exhaust configuration, integral to custom interior (nothing on the roof!).
- New safety features include: reinforced chassis, Bulldog hitch coupler, trailer break-away switch, backing camera, AFI/GFI-protected outlets, fire/smoke alarm, CO/LP gas combo alarm, catalytic safety heater, and fire extinguisher.
- New wet bath with flush toilet (not portable!), sink and shower. New heated outdoor shower provides a second option for bathing or for washing gear, pets, etc.
- Boondocking-ready! Includes: 26-gal fresh water carrying capacity (split between 2 tanks), 21-gal gray tank, 8-gal black tank and 35-gal san tote; DC-powered lights and outlets; propane-powered tankless on-demand water heater, oven/range, refrigerator, heater, and wall sconce; and 100-watt solar panel with integral connections.
- Extra-streamlined and just over 3,000 lbs, this trailer is towable with a light-duty truck or SUV, even in mountain terrain.

Exterior
- Sealed all seams with Trempro and every rivet with Capt. Tolley’s
- Completely rebuilt and refurbished original door and all 4 Hehr side windows with stainless hardware, new gaskets, and new screens
- Replaced all drip caps over Hehr side windows
- Replaced all 4 “Alien-Eye” plexiglass windows and refurbished trim
- Replaced roof top vents with Fan-Tastic Vent Model 3350 (rear) and Heng 14″ (forward) with custom-fitted Lexan lid to match the rear
- Lined original wooden wheel boxes with aluminum.
- Sealed all belly seams and coated the entire belly in black Flex-seal rubber
- Refurbished/replaced all running lights/bezels
- Refurbished original strap bumper and reinstalled with stainless hardware
- Mirror polish of the exterior and all window sashes and fixtures
- New custom awning and new poles and hardware (Marti’s Awnings)
- Lined the main pipe frame tube at the rear and refurbished the cover plate (serves as storage for awning poles and outdoor shower/bike rack pole)
- New stainless outdoor shower module installed on street side (plumbing connections accessible from indoor street side closet)
- New custom shower rod, frame and curtain for outdoor shower; converts to bike/gear rack
Interior
- Painted entire coach interior with Sherwin Williams’ Extreme Bond Primer and ProClassic Interior Waterbased Acrylic-Alkyd
- Installed lightweight Tranquility XD 4mm luxury vinyl plank waterproof flooring
- Polished original aluminum galley and dinette bench bases
- Refurbished original kitchen sink; installed new kitchen faucet
- Replaced cracked laminate countertops and table with new, solid wood galley counters (including removable cover for sink) and table top
- Installed new dinette bench lids (hinged to access freshwater tanks, appliances and connections, as well as additional storage underneath)
- Installed new, custom memory foam mattress/cushions for dinette, upholstered with Crypton stain-resistant fabric
- Custom linens for convertible full bed
- Custom curtains and shades
- Refurbished all original wood cupboard and closet doors and shelves
- Installed black and white vinyl tile in floors of cabinets and closets
- Refurbished/replaced all interior hardware on cabinets, windows, etc.
- Built custom bed at the rear of the coach (houses gray tank, electrical center, and fully enclosed battery compartment, plus additional storage)
- New, custom memory foam mattress and custom linens for rear bed
- Installed custom table at rear to facilitate use of removable AC unit/dehumidifier with dual exhaust configuration (additional storage when removed)
- Installed bedside table by rear bed with 12V and AC outlets
- Installed new wet bath area with Dometic 320 porcelain flush toilet, stainless sink and hand shower, and sump pump for shower
- All new light fixtures, including under-cabinet lighting in galley and floor-level night lights
Electrical
- All new 30A distribution panel and all new AC wiring
- Fully sealed and vented battery compartment with deep cycle AGM battery (installed 2/21/20, 0 cycles)
